Roles and Responsibilities:
• Order & Division Management: Manage orders, stock, and client issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and technical staff.
• Strategic Planning: Optimize division performance, adapt to product demand changes, and support division expansion.
• Sales & Digital Skills: Drive sales through marketing skills and manage operations using Word/Excel/ERP (ERP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is important).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory, or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or client operations, with exposure to marketing and digital tools (Excel/ERP); ERP experience is an advantage but not required. We welcome adaptable candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
