Qualification & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (or a related technical discipline).

-3-4 years of hands-on experience in sales or technical sales of construction hand tools, or power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct project studies with customers and recommend the most productive and cost-effective solutions.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships; update complete information in the customer directory.

-Sell HILTI products directly to end users.

-Source and sell to prospective customers in public, commercial, and consumer sectors to achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets within the agreed timeframe.

-Prioritize customer and business needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

-Actively seek new sales opportunities and business customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

-Research competitors' products, pricing strategies, and marketing insights.

-Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; recommend new opportunities

and profit/service improvements. -Develop skilled sales staff through training and development initiatives.

-Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day sales operations.

-Manage marketing activities and pricing strategies.

-Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

-Prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

-Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

-Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, benchmarking best practices, and engaging with industry organizations.
