• Generate hotel vouchers and track booking confirmations.
• Maintain records required for DTS license documentation.
• Oversee operations workflow and identify process improvements.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve booking conflicts efficiently.
• Support team members and ensure quality assurance in reservation processes.
