Description:
The Office Administrator works closely with different teams, particularly operations and drivers, to ensure timely coordination and data accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and digital CRM records as well as providing basic IT support and administering cloud file storage using platforms like OneDrive. In addition, this role handles the company’s digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content on Facebook, running Meta and Google ads, and implementing basic SEO improvements. The candidate should be comfortable working independently with stable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace, using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack to foster effective communication. Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations including maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and accurate digital records.
