Virtual Ventures is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join their on-site Business Development Department. This role offers strong earning potential through commissions and performance-based rewards, along with clear growth opportunities for high performers.

Location: Sector 11-C-1, North Karachi
Shift Timings:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Experience: 06 months - 01 year (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
1) Achieve assigned sales targets
2) Generate and convert potential leads into sales
3) Build and maintain strong client relationships
4) Follow up with prospects and close deals
5) Maintain basic sales records and reports
6) Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize results

Compensation & Incentives (During Probation)
Basic Salary: PKR 20,000 - PKR 35,000 (based upon prior experience)
Commission: As per the commission structure

Performance Bonus Policy:
Monthly performance bonuses for Top Sales Performers:
1st Position: PKR 30,000
2nd Position: PKR 15,000
3rd Position: PKR 7,500

Post-Confirmation Benefits (Permanent Employees)

1) Revised Basic Salary: As decided by management, based on performance
2) Soft Sales Target: USD 500
3) Petrol Allowance: PKR 5,000
4) Continued commission and performance-based bonuses
5) Additional incentives and rewards based on performance
