Role Overview:
Excilion Solutions is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Agent with experience in USA truck dispatch sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating active sales through cold calling, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based trucking companies and owner-operators
* Identify decision-makers and present dispatch service offerings effectively
* Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active sales
* Develop and maintain a structured follow-up strategy to close deals
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Handle objections professionally and negotiate service terms
* Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM
