Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing CaptenAMZ’s social media platforms, planning content strategies, and driving engagement through creative and relevant content. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, content planning, and audience engagement, and can maintain consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Create engaging captions, posts, and content ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain professional communication.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop creative content.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better results.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts.
Experience in content planning and engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Good communication and writing skills.
