We are seeking an Evening Manager Finance with 4 years of experience to oversee financial operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will align financial strategy with our innovative IT solutions and contribute to our commitment to client success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee tax matters (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax) and ensure timely filings
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Monitor internal financial controls and implement process improvements
• Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management
