A well-established Hong Kong–based multinational company is expanding its footwear operations in Pakistan and is seeking experienced professionals to be based in Lahore.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Footwear Technician (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in industrial engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Specialized certification in footwear design, development, or production will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the footwear industry
• Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, components, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in sample development, fitting, testing, and quality control
• Ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs
• Good coordination skills with factories and production teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical development from sample stage to production
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
• Provide technical support to factories and vendors
• Monitor fitting approvals and resolve technical issues

Footwear Merchandiser (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in fashion merchandising, Supply Chain Management or business management.
• Additional training or certification relevant to footwear manufacturing will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear merchandising
• Strong understanding of product development and order management
• Experience dealing with international buyers and suppliers
• Good knowledge of costing, pricing, and production timelines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination between buyers, factories, and internal teams
• Manage product development timelines and order execution
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle costing, sampling, and order follow-ups
