The Mighty Apes is looking for a results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Expert to join our creative agency on a remote basis. We are seeking someone who understands both strategy and execution, and can plan, launch, manage, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a marketer who is analytical, proactive, performance-focused, and confident in driving measurable growth through paid media, email marketing, campaign planning, and data-backed optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Create and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand growth
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and funnels
  • Track campaign performance and provide clear insights, reports, and recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing to improve performance
  • Set up, review, and optimize tracking using analytics and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the internal team to build effective campaigns
  • Use AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow, speed, ideation, and optimization
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Hands-on experience with:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Instagram\Facebook\WhatsApp)
  • Tiktok Ads
  • Linkedin Ads
  • Email marketing and funnels
  • Campaign planning and performance tracking
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related platforms
  • AI tools for content support, ad optimization, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to read data, interpret campaign results, and make smart optimization decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, subject lines, or funnels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well in a remote environment
  • Experience working with agencies, multiple brands, or fast-paced creative teams
