The Mighty Apes, a renowned creative agency, is looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach & Cold Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. We are seeking someone who can identify the right prospects, craft personalized outreach messages, manage outreach campaigns, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to open conversations, build interest, and turn outbound efforts into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant prospects based on target industries, roles, and business needs
  • Build and manage lead lists with accurate contact information
  • Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Plan, write, and manage cold email campaigns
  • Create messaging sequences for connection requests, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
  • Personalize outreach based on prospect profile, company, and pain points
  • Track campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and lead quality
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity and prospect status
  • Coordinate with internal team to align outreach messaging with services and business goals
  • Continuously test and improve subject lines, copy, targeting, and outreach strategy
  • Use outreach, CRM, and automation tools efficiently while maintaining message quality and compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or cold email marketing

Proven experience with:

  • LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
  • Cold email campaign setup and management
  • Lead generation and prospect research
  • Follow-up sequencing and outreach personalization
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form, persuasive outreach messages
  • Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging English
  • Strong understanding of targeting, lead qualification, and B2B outreach strategy

Experience using tools such as:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools
  • CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Google Sheets or similar tools for pipeline organization
  • Ability to work independently, manage volume without losing personalization, and deliver consistent results
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline
  • Experience working with agencies, service businesses, or B2B companies
