Position Overview:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, good communication skills, and a passion for coffee and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
Take customer orders and process payments when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans and ingredients
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the beverage preparation area
Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience as a barista is a plus but not mandatory
