International digital company operating in the affiliate marketing and lead generation industry, focused on the U.S. market.

Our team specializes in generating high-quality customer leads for B2C services through online marketing channels and call center operations. We work with multiple traffic sources, analytics tools, and affiliate partnerships to help our partners scale customer acquisition and sales.

We are currently building a new operations team in Pakistan and looking for a strong Project / Operations Manager who will help organize processes, coordinate the local team, and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international digital project and play a key role in scaling operations.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the local operations team and ensuring the efficient execution of call center and lead generation processes. This role acts as a bridge between leadership and the operational team, ensuring that workflows run smoothly, team performance is monitored, and operational standards are maintained. The position combines operations management, team coordination, and quality control within a lead generation and call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the call center team
  • Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed effectively
  • Oversee call quality and agent performance
  • Manage lead flow and ensure proper handling of incoming leads
  • Monitor traffic quality and identify potential fraud or low-quality leads
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and provide performance reports
  • Coordinate with the marketing and traffic acquisition teams
  • Improve operational processes and help scale the team efficiently
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational workflows

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Call Center Manager
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
  • Understanding of lead generation, call center operations, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Ability to work with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • English proficiency sufficient for daily professional communication
