Job Summary

Telerelation is seeking a proactive People & Operations Lead to lead our HR function and oversee day-to-day internal operations. This role is central to building a strong culture, scaling teams responsibly, and ensuring smooth internal execution across departments.

As People & Operations lead, you will own the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and retention—while also managing internal operations, stakeholder coordination, and process excellence. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong judgment, empathy, and operational rigor.


Key Responsibilities:

1. People & HR Management

  • Own End-to-End HR Operations: Recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, compensation cycles, retention, and exits.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to plan hiring needs, manage pipelines, interviews, and offers.
  • Performance & Growth Frameworks: Drive appraisal cycles, career progression frameworks, role clarity, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, high-trust culture aligned with company values; handle grievances with empathy and fairness.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning plans, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.

2. Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee internal workflows, coordination between teams, and operational execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership, team leads, and employees to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Process Optimization: Improve internal processes for efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Support leadership in the allocation of people and resources across projects.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track HR and operations metrics (headcount, attrition, productivity, utilization) and present actionable insights to management.
