Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and leading the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns

Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, website, etc.)

Plan and oversee advertising, promotional, and branding activities

Conduct market research and analyze competitors

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts

Lead, train, and supervise the marketing team

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B or retail industry)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in social media marketing and paid ads

Knowledge of SEO/SEM

Creative thinking and innovation

Strong organizational and project management skills
