We are hiring a Project Management Executive for our office based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

This role is ideal for someone who has 6 to 12 months of relevant experience and understands how to manage client communication, coordinate ongoing projects, and maintain smooth workflow between clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with international clients professionally through calls, messages, and emails

Manage ongoing business projects and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with design and development teams regarding project updates

Understand client requirements clearly and relay them accurately

Maintain project timelines and report progress regularly

Handle client concerns confidently and professionally

Applicant Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in project coordination, client handling, or a similar role

Relevant education or studies preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields)

Strong spoken and written English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident personality with professional attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
