Responsibilities:
-Manage and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

-Ensure full compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, updating practices as necessary.
-Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20 human resources professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.
-Maintain accurate and organized employee records using Microsoft Excel and other tools for efficient reporting and analysis.
-Collaborate with management to address staffing challenges and promote a flexible, adaptive workforce.
-Design and deliver training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career progression.
-Monitor and report on key human resources metrics and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
-Facilitate clear and open communication between employees and management to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
-Manage compliance audits and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding human resources practices.
