Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Plan, write, and schedule engaging captions and post copy aligned with brand voice
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly or monthly analytics reports
Engage with audiences and maintain consistent account activity
Research trends and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Actively bid on projects through Upwork and Fiverr to generate new leads and clients
Write strong, customized proposals based on client requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
Strong copywriting and content planning skills
Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr bidding
Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
Portfolio of campaigns or accounts you have managed
