Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Female Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications on the eBay platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving order-related issues, handling returns and messages, and maintaining a professional tone while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages and enquiries through the eBay messaging system in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order enquiries, delivery updates, product information, and general support
  • Handle return requests, complaints, and disputes in accordance with platform policies
  • Monitor orders and delivery updates to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with customers at all times
  • Escalate complex issues when required and follow internal guidelines for resolution
