TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE

Salary: Rs50,000 – Rs80,000

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude to generate sales and handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote products/services and generate sales
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call and sales records
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Achieve sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in telesales or call center (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
