Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies and denials.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare and maintain AR reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
