Position: Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help with our email outreach work.

This is a full-time, on-site job based in DHA 2 Islamabad.

What you’ll do:

- Send and manage email campaigns using automation tools like Email Bison, Instantly, Smartlead etc.

- Organize and clean data (spreadsheets)

- Handle ESP domains and email in sending tools.

- Using Ld Nav, Appollo etc to scrape prospects.

- Work with Google, MS and SMTPs service providers.

(Do tech setup is required, otherwise 3rd parties Handle it)

- Handle contact lists and do basic research using Google,GPT and Claude

- Work on inbox management and email sending tools

- Follow clear step-by-step instructions (SOPs)
