We provide seamless banking experiences through our Aasaan Digital Account (ADA), enabling users to effortlessly manage their finances via our cutting-edge mobile application. We are seeking a motivated Digital Field Officer (DFO) to contribute to our mission of transforming banking experiences in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote Aik Digital services and solutions.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process for Aasaan Digital Accounts.
- Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost user engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
