Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and scale our QA function. This role will oversee manual and automation testing strategies while integrating modern AI-driven testing tools and capabilities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong track record in building high-performing QA teams and driving quality through intelligent, data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams across projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices — covering both manual and automated testing efforts
• Drive adoption of AI-based testing tools and frameworks; explore, evaluate, and train the team on modern AI/ML techniques for smarter test generation, anomaly detection, and predictive quality insights
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery, test coverage, and continuous improvement
• Define and own a quantitative quality model — including KPIs, metrics, scoring frameworks, and benchmarks — and present findings to leadership in a clear, actionable format
