Job Details

We are hiring a fully trained Truck Dispatcher who is experienced in all aspects of truck dispatching and can handle dispatch operations independently.

Job Requirements (Must Have):

Fully trained in Truck Dispatching (Dry Van / Reefer / Flatbed preferred)

Strong knowledge of Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

Experience in Negotiating Rates with brokers

Ability to manage driver communication, scheduling, and route planning

Skilled in Paperwork (Rate confirmations, BOL, invoices, detention/layover requests)

Must be confident in Sales / Cold Calling to find new carriers & brokers

Can handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly

Must be fluent in English communication (speaking & writing)
