Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEO Project Manager / Team Lead to oversee our growing remote team. You will be responsible for making sure all team members deliver their work on time and to a high standard, while also contributing to strategy and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all SEO team members including content writers, GMB specialist, link builder, and implementer
- Develop monthly SEO plans and content strategies for clients
- Review and approve all work before it goes to clients
- Analyze performance data using Ahrefs and Google Search Console
- Create and present monthly SEO reports
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Communicate directly with the agency owner on performance and priorities
