Vinoor is seeking a highly skilled Female Manager for Shopify Store to lead and enhance the company’s in-house eCommerce operations.

This role is centered on managing the Shopify platform while driving successful paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Shopify store management, campaign budget allocation, and advanced performance marketing strategies to boost conversions and overall sales. In addition to optimizing daily advertising spend and improving return on ad spend (ROAS), this role requires hands-on experience with Shopify product management, pricing strategies, and customer experience enhancement.

The manager will work closely with various aspects of the eCommerce platform—ranging from product uploads to website layout adjustments and app integrations—to maintain a seamless and engaging shopping environment.

This position involves managing a small team of two people, supporting efficient and collaborative operations to meet organizational goals. The person in this role must possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience and demonstrate independent execution capabilities while also guiding the team to implement data-driven optimizations and resolve performance issues swiftly.
