Hiring: Brand & Growth Manager (Karachi Office)

The Role
As a key member of our leadership pipeline, you will take full ownership of the brand’s global identity and growth trajectory. This isn’t just about "awareness"—it’s about building a brand that converts.
Brand Ownership: Manage the end-to-end brand strategy for our global tech/SaaS portfolio.
Growth & ROI: Develop and execute data-driven campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and measurable return on investment.
Strategic Positioning: Refine messaging to resonate with international markets, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with creative and performance teams to translate brand vision into high-performing assets.

Who You Are
Experienced: 4+ years in Brand Management or Growth Marketing, specifically within the Tech or SaaS sectors.
Global Mindset: You have experience managing or scaling brands for international audiences.
Data-Driven: You don’t just launch campaigns; you obsess over the analytics, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Leader: You are ready to take full responsibility for a brand’s reputation and its bottom line.
