Apex Moving is seeking a dedicated, sharp, and highly responsive Female Booking Coordinator to join our remote team in Pakistan. This role is central to our growth in Australia, focusing on managing customer inquiries through the Airtasker app and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Instant Engagement: Monitor the Airtasker app and respond to new leads within seconds.
• Customer Communication: Handle inquiries via chat and email with professional, fluent English.
• Sales & Bookings: Provide accurate quotes, explain our services, and secure booking confirmations.
• Operations Sync: Update our booking system and coordinate schedules with the operations team in Australia.
• Lead Follow-up: Actively follow up on pending inquiries to maximize conversion.

Requirements

• English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English is the most critical requirement.
• Reliability: * Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Mandatory: A reliable power backup (UPS/Inverter/Solar) to ensure 100% availability during shift hours.
• Experience: Previous experience in an International Call Center or Online Customer Support is highly preferred.
• Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and a polite, helpful attitude toward customers.
