About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. This is a remote, night shift role, ideal for fresh graduates or those in their final semester, especially from a BBA background. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and generating leads, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150 outbound calls daily to potential clients between 8 PM to 12 AM.
Use the provided script and pitch to schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and successfully set up appointments.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
Achieve successful meetings to earn incentives.
Training and Support:
Comprehensive 1-2 days training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Ongoing support and feedback from the team to ensure success in the role.
Commission: 2,000 PKR per successful meeting (Uncapped)
