Job Responsibilities:

• As a Point-of-Sale Surveillance Auditor, your key responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and reviewing Point-of-Sale (POS) camera footage on a daily basis.
• Identifying any suspicious activities, discrepancies, or irregularities at the Point-of-Sale terminals.
• Preparing detailed daily/weekly reports of findings and observations.
• Highlighting theft, fraud, procedural violations, or operational issues observed in the footage.
• Coordinating with the concerned teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Training & Initial Assignment:

Upon your joining, you will undergo a 3-day training program. Following the successful completion of this training, you will be assigned to monitor 10 to 16 stores during your probation period.
