Job Details

We’re looking for someone who can own content end-to-end, from strategy through execution - across multiple clients.

This role goes beyond writing. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, building structured content systems, and ensuring consistent quality.

You’ll develop 2–3 month content strategies, define themes and messaging, and map content across the funnel. From there, you’ll translate strategy into clear monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.

You’ll write key pieces yourself and ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, structure, and standard.

You’ll also manage junior writers, reviewing work, rewriting where needed, and giving direct, actionable feedback to improve output.

We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, not just individual posts. You should be able to simplify ideas, write clearly without fluff, and elevate the work of others.

You should be comfortable managing deadlines and handling multiple clients at once.
