About the role
The Co-Host is responsible for managing daily booking operations and ensuring smooth, timely communication with guests across all platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless guest experience by handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all bookings and stay-related processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
- Update availability calendars in real time
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Coordinate with internal teams (cleaners, caretakers, operations)
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest issues professionally and quickly
- Follow pricing and booking guidelines
- Maintain accurate booking records
- Prevent double bookings and operational errors
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
