Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Qualification: Diploma Holders, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or QS (Quantity Surveyor) candidates are encouraged to apply
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Estimator / QS to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, managing quantities, and supporting project planning and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Coordinate with engineers, architects, QS teams, and procurement staff to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
Monitor project costs and update estimates as required
Assist in tender preparation and proposal submissions
Maintain records of estimates and project cost data for future reference
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
QS (Quantity Surveyor) candidates may also apply
1–3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying (fresh graduates may apply)
Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software is an advantage
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively during the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
