Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore, for Truck Dispatchers and Sales Agents within the US Trucking industry. Responsibilities include coordinating freight movement, managing schedules and routes, negotiating rates with brokers and shippers, maintaining communication with drivers, and ensuring all required documents and administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Additional responsibilities include leveraging sales skills to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for liaising with brokers, shippers, and drivers effectively

• Organizational and multitasking skills for managing schedules, routes, and time-sensitive tasks

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management to foster client engagement

• Familiarity with trucking industry operations and dispatching tools or software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-critical tasks

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatching industries is a plus.
