Experienced Truck Dispatcher Required – On-Site

Salary: PKR 100,000 fixed + 20% commission

Infinity Dispatch Services is hiring an experienced truck dispatcher who knows the U.S. trucking market and can manage trucks with confidence, speed, and professionalism.

We are looking for a dispatcher who is not a beginner and already understands the real game of dispatching: finding strong loads, negotiating properly, minimizing deadhead, handling drivers professionally, and keeping paperwork and communication under control.

Job Responsibilities

Book high-quality loads for owner-operators and carriers

Negotiate rates with brokers confidently

Plan loads based on truck location, lane preference, and market conditions

Minimize deadhead and maximize weekly gross

Manage daily communication with drivers and brokers

Handle check calls, load updates, and issue resolution

Maintain proper records of booked loads, rate cons, PODs, and related documents

Build strong broker relationships for repeat business

Work with discipline, urgency, and professionalism during the full shift

Requirements

Proven experience as a U.S. truck dispatcher

Strong understanding of:

DAT / Truckstop / load boards

Rate negotiation

Dry van / reefer / flatbed dispatching knowledge is a plus

Driver handling and broker communication

Basic load planning and route sense

Good English communication skills

Strong decision-making ability under pressure

Must be reliable, sharp, honest, and performance-driven

Must be able to work on-site during the stated shift

Compensation

PKR 100,000 fixed salary

20% commission
