1. Production Planning & Control

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

Allocate work to cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing departments

Ensure orders are completed on time according to deadlines

Monitor production flow from cutting → stitching → embroidery → finishing → packing

2. Workforce Management

Supervise workers (stitchers, cutters, embroidery operators, helpers)

Assign tasks and monitor performance

Ensure proper discipline and workflow on the production floor

Coordinate with supervisors and department heads

3. Order Tracking & Reporting

Maintain record of all running and upcoming orders

Track order status at each stage of production

Report daily production progress to management

Identify delays and take corrective action immediately

4. Quality Control

Ensure products meet required quality standards

Monitor stitching quality, embroidery accuracy, and finishing

Reduce defects, rework, and wastage

5. Inventory & Material Management

Coordinate with store and cutting master for fabric availability

Ensure correct fabric usage and minimize wastage

Track material flow between departments

6. Embroidery & Special Processes Supervision

Monitor embroidery production and machine utilization

Ensure correct design execution and thread usage

Coordinate between embroidery and stitching teams

7. Efficiency & Productivity Improvement

Improve production efficiency and reduce idle time

Optimize machine usage (e.g., 20-head embroidery machine)

Implement better systems for workflow and tracking

8. Problem Solving

Handle production issues, machine breakdowns, and delays

Make quick decisions to keep production running smoothly
