Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and active-minded to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and tax-related processes, and an excellent command of Excel to support accurate financial management.

1. Maintain and update the General Ledger with accurate and timely entries
2. Perform regular Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently
3. Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
4. Handle Tax Compliance, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax as per FBR regulations
5. Hands-on bookkeeping experience, including purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations (management accounting experience is a plus).
6. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports for management review
7. Ensure audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation for internal and external audits
8. Coordinate with procurement for invoice verification, GRN matching, and vendor reconciliations
9. Monitor the costing of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory valuation
10. Manage import/export financial documentation (LC, Form-E, duties, rebates if applicable)
11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and ERP/system accuracy (e.g., Zoho/SAP)
