Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Global Technical Recruiter Intern who is eager to build a career in recruitment. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates globally, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with support and operations teams to understand project scope and hiring requirements

• Source and identify suitable technical candidates for various global projects

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and CV records

• Verify candidate documents such as work permits, visas, and other legal requirements

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and candidates

• Assist in handling multiple open roles across different regions

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (candidates with at least a Bachelor’s degree will be considered)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
