We're a production house. We run AI Labs — an established YouTube channel with 130K+ subscribers in the AI coding space — and we're scaling it up and launching more channels. That's why we need you.

What you'll do

• Edit YouTube videos from raw footage, screen recordings, and voiceover into final upload-ready videos
• Sync visuals to voiceover beat-for-beat. Pacing, cuts, zooms, text overlays, motion graphics, music.
• Flex between technical explainer content and more creative/narrative formats as we launch new channels
• Catch and fix broken AI voiceovers (mispronunciations, wrong stress, weird pacing) before they ship
• Turn around edits fast. 24-48 hours from raw footage to final, standard.

What we need

• Proven YouTube editing experience
• Proficiency in English. You must be able to understand English voiceover at a native-listener level and catch errors in AI-generated VO. Some of our content requires you to generate voiceover yourself using AI tools, so your spoken English matters too. If your English isn't at this level, this role isn't right for you.
• Proficiency in Adobe Editing Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools)
• Motion graphics and creative chops — you can build a visual sequence from a blank canvas, not just cut provided footage
• Strong pacing for online video (YouTube, not weddings or vlogs)
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• Ambition and range. You have opinions. You pitch ideas. You want to grow.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI tools and developer content (learnable, not a filter)
• YouTube retention editing literacy (hooks, pacing for retention, pattern interrupts)

Full-time, on-site in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. No remote.
