We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, sending quotes, responding to emails, and answering phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and send moving quotes
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Maintain clear and professional communication
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a personal computer and stable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Working Hours:
4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time)
