Job Description:
South Texas Medical Billing, located in Karachi, is a leading medical billing company dedicated to providing outstanding services for international clients in the medical practice industry. We are currently seeking a Night Virtual Assistant for our medical front desk to support our operations and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage patient calls, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient data entry.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Assist in managing medical records and billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call center envoirment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in medical billing software and office applications.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage time effectively.
- Traning will be provided

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc, Graduation- Good spoken English
