Job Title: Sales Executive (Pharma/Nutraceutical Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the twin cities. If you have a background in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales and a passion for science-backed skincare, we want you on our team. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing retail relationships, and educating healthcare professionals/pharmacists on our product range.
A base salary of PKR 40,000 will be offered to the selected candiadte. With performance based incentives the take home salary could be upto PKR 100,000/-
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies, and skin clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with pharmacists, dermatologists, and store managers.
Product Education: Effectively communicate the benefits of our skincare and wellness products (including our specialized night creams and supplements).
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and collection targets.
Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on competitor activity and market trends.
