Role Overview
Adsvision Digital is looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our outbound team. The role focuses on lead generation through outbound calling, engaging potential clients, and creating interest in digital marketing services.
This position is ideal for candidates who already have international calling experience and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (international campaigns)
Introduce company services and generate client interest
Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaged
Qualify leads and initiate the sales process
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (spoken)
6 months – 1 year experience as a calling agent in an international campaign is mandatory
Experience in digital marketing campaigns is a plus
Confidence in handling outbound calls and client interaction
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Comfortable working night shift (onsite)
