Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and scale our TikTok eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product hunting, sourcing, influencer collaborations, and PPC campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and hunt winning products for TikTok Shop (trend-based & data-driven)
- Manage product sourcing from local and international suppliers
- Build and manage influencer/affiliate partnerships for TikTok Shop
- Plan and execute TikTok Ads (PPC campaigns) for product scaling
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and creatives for better conversion
- Track performance metrics and improve ROI (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience with TikTok Shop / TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of product research & market trends
- Experience in supplier sourcing (Alibaba, local vendors, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with influencer outreach & affiliate marketing
- Ability to manage and scale PPC campaigns
- Analytical mindset with performance tracking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
