About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior Copywriter to support high-level workshop sessions conducted for financial advisors in the US and Canada.

This role exists to reduce cognitive load on senior strategists by owning execution after workshops — translating strategy discussions into AI assessment copy, coordinating client approvals, and deploying ready-to-present funnels using modern tools like Vercel.

You’ll be supporting senior strategists who work directly with financial advisors, so accuracy and accountability matter more than speed.

This is not a content writing role.
This is a thinking + execution role inside a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Translating Workshop Notes into Copy

Take structured and unstructured meeting summaries

Convert them into:

AI assessment questions

Landing page copy

Results page narratives

Preserve strategic intent and tone, not just words

2. Client Communication & Revisions

Email draft copy to clients

Collect feedback and approval

Make revisions calmly and professionally

Ensure copy remains clear, conservative, and compliant (training provided)

3. AI Assessment Funnel Deployment

Deploy approved copy into Vercel

Ensure funnels are:

Clean

Accurate

Presentation-ready

Handle basic structure, formatting, and logic (training provided)

4. Supporting Workshop Delivery

Ensure assessments are fully ready before final workshop sessions

Own the execution layer so final workshop sessions run without last-minute copy or deployment issues

Allow senior strategists to focus on delivery, not fixes

Who This Role Is For

This role is a good fit if you:

Have 1–2 years of copywriting experience

Understand copy structure and persuasion, even if you’re still early

Can take direction and translate intent accurately

Fluent in English Communication (professional proficiency)

Are comfortable communicating with clients via email

Are open to learning:

Financial services (insurance, retirement, advisory)

US & Canadian market nuances

Writing persuasive copy that stays conservative, clear, and compliant

Are not intimidated by tools or deployment workflows

Only write blogs or social captions

Need constant step-by-step instructions

Avoid client communication

Are uncomfortable with feedback or revisions

Prefer “creative freedom” over working within defined frameworks

Are not reliable during night-shift hours

Needs constant motivation or emotional validation

Struggles with deadlines, feedback, or ambiguity

Work Conditions (Non-Negotiable)

Full-time: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT

Remote (Pakistan only)

Must have:

Stable high-speed internet

Electricity backup

Private, quiet workspace

Must be comfortable keeping camera on during internal and client-facing meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment

This role is shared across AMM, with ~80% of work supporting one primary strategist

Compensation

PKR 70,000/month (guaranteed) for the first 3 months

Performance review after 3 months

Post-review compensation is adjusted based on:

Accuracy of execution

Quality of drafts

Independence and reliability

What Success Looks Like

After ramp-up:

Workshop notes turn into near-ready drafts with minimal edits

Clients approve faster with fewer revision cycles

Funnels are deployed cleanly and on time

Senior strategists stay focused on delivery, not cleanup
