We are looking for a strong GoHighLevel operator based in Pakistan who can confidently handle client setups, automations, integrations, onboarding support, and client communication.

This is NOT a beginner role.

If you only have experience with basic funnels or simple workflows, this role is likely not a fit for you.

We are seeking someone who can take full ownership of client accounts, communicate professionally in English, confidently join client calls, and ensure complete end-to-end setup execution.

Shift Timing

7:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Monday to Friday

Compensation

Base Salary: PKR 160,000/month

Performance bonuses on top

Total monthly compensation can go up to PKR 180,000

Salary review after 3 months based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing

Setting up full client accounts inside GoHighLevel

Building funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and workflows

Creating automations for lead follow-ups, reminders, no-show recovery, and internal alerts

Handling integrations and webhook-based connections

Connecting GoHighLevel with external landing pages (e.g., Claude or V0-based pages)

Ensuring proper lead flow into CRM with correct triggers and actions

A2P registration and phone number approval for messaging systems

Email domain setup (dedicated domain/subdomain configuration)

DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure inbox deliverability

Managing backend domain setup inside GoHighLevel per client account

Joining onboarding and client support calls

Troubleshooting setup issues and ensuring systems are fully functional

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

Excellent English communication skills

Confidence in client-facing calls

Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, tags, calendars, and automations

Ability to troubleshoot and work independently

Fast execution with attention to detail

Experience with webhooks and integrations (strong advantage)

Work Environment Requirements

Since this is a client-facing role, you must have a stable and professional work setup:

Private home internet connection (mandatory)
Shared or unstable internet connections are not acceptable

Dedicated quiet workspace/home office

Professional webcam and meeting setup

Full electricity backup system
You must be able to work without interruption during load shedding or power outages
