Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant to lead day-to-day accounts operations at 3A Pakistan. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end financial functions and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across all accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger, journal entries, and overall bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS dashboards for management
• Handle all tax matters including sales tax, income tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Manage vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursements in coordination with HR
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting procedures

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance, preferably in an FMCG or trading environment
• MBA (Finance) or ACCA / CA (Part-Qualified)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws (FBR, sales tax, WHT)
• Ability to work independently and manage the full accounts function
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
