Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to build LondonShine's entire online sales presence from the ground up. This is a foundational role — you will be the architect of our digital storefront. From setting up and managing stores on third-party marketplaces to supporting the development and operations of LondonShine's own e-commerce website, you will own the full online sales channel and be directly accountable for driving visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Set up, manage, and optimise LondonShine's seller accounts on third-party platforms including Daraz, Kravemart, PandaMart, and other relevant online marketplaces
- Create and maintain compelling, SEO-optimised product listings — including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing — across all platforms
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, rankings, reviews, conversion rates) and take proactive steps to improve them
- Manage inventory levels, order fulfilment, and customer queries across all marketplace platforms
- Run and manage sponsored ads and promotional campaigns on Daraz and other marketplaces to boost visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and account representatives on each platform
Company Website (E-Commerce)
- Collaborate with the web development team and management to build and launch LondonShine's own branded e-commerce website
- Own the day-to-day operations of the website — product uploads, pricing updates, promotional banners, and content management
- Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across desktop and mobile
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for product visuals and the Social Media Manager for traffic-driving campaigns
Sales Growth & Analytics
- Track and report on e-commerce KPIs including GMV, conversion rates, average order value, return rates, and customer acquisition cost
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and online sales channels relevant to LondonShine's product range
- Develop and execute promotional strategies — discount campaigns, bundle offers, seasonal sales — aligned with the broader marketing calendar
- Analyse competitor listings and pricing to maintain LondonShine's competitive positioning online
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably managing marketplace accounts (Daraz experience is essential)
- Hands-on experience with Daraz Seller Center; familiarity with Kravemart, PandaMart, or similar platforms is a strong advantage
- Understanding of marketplace SEO, sponsored listings, and campaign management
- Experience with or knowledge of e-commerce website platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with sales dashboards and data to drive decisions
- Ability to coordinate across teams — design, marketing, logistics — to deliver results
- Strong written communication skills for product copywriting in English and Urdu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- The rare opportunity to build an e-commerce function from scratch — with full ownership
- Work directly with a brand that is growing fast and investing in its digital future
- Collaborative team environment with a creative marketing team
