Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to own LondonShine's entire online presence. This is a leadership role — not just execution. The right candidate will build the brand's digital identity from the ground up, manage campaigns, and drive measurable growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with LondonShine's brand identity
• Manage and grow LondonShine's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive brand awareness and sales
• Create and oversee a content calendar — coordinating with graphic designers and videographers for high-quality content production
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance, producing regular reports with actionable insights
• Build and manage influencer/ambassador partnerships to amplify brand reach
• Drive e-commerce traffic and support online sales growth through digital channels
• Stay current with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Demonstrated success in running paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or product branding is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Planner)
• Basic graphic sense and ability to brief/direct creative teams effectively
• Strong written communication skills — capable of crafting compelling brand copy in English and Urdu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
